Project manager / Business analyst

 

Supporting the customer’s team on his site, you will :

  • Follow the project and be able to make a report to the team and the stakeholders
  • Set up the KPI, follow them and adjust team’s actions if needed
  • Be responsible for the planning and the cost control
  • Have functional responsibility on the project’s team members
  • Exchange with customers business line
  • Write down general specifications according to a business case
  • Exchange with IT team members to realize detailed and technical specifications
  • Take the ownership of the UAT (User Acceptance Test)
  • Get the approval from the project’s user

We are looking for someone with the following competences

  • Engineer diploma or equivalent in IT field
  • 2 years of Project Management experience minimum
  • Knowledge of different project methods (scrum, lean, Kanban, waterfall, prince2, …) and ability to choose the consistent approach
  • Understanding of the different IT functions
  • Willingness to work in an international environment
  • English is a must, other languages (French, German, Italian…) are strong assets
  • Nice to have: Project Management certification (agile, scrum, PMP/PMI, Hermes, CMMI, ISTQB, Scrum Product Owner,…)

 

Junior / Senior Developer

 

Supporting the customer’s team on his site, you will :

  • Develop application/program
  • Understand the user’s needs
  • Estimate the task duration and report to the project manager/scrum master
  • Participate to the software’s conception and design
  • Be responsible for the unitary testing

We are looking for someone with the following experience

  • Engineer diploma or equivalent in IT field
  • 2 years of technical experience minimum with specialization on one language (Java, C, PHP, .net, javascript…)
  • Strong interest for technical challenges and willingness to improve technical competences
  • Willingness to work in an international environment
  • French or German native speaker, English is a strong asset
  • Nice to have: certification (Microsoft, Java…)

 

Data analyst

Supporting the customer on his site you will :

  • Influence the design of data quality standards and governance processes
  • Implement and enforce Data Quality Management practices across Research including metadata, lineage, data access rights and business definitions
  • Perform root cause analysis on critical data quality issues, work with technology and SMEs on defining a solution and help implement the solution
  • Design and report on data quality and usage metrics
  • Complete large scale data analysis, document findings and reconcile across data stores
  • Support the data analysis required to place data into a shared platform for consumption by others, requiring detailed reviews with the business owners and identify the use of data and understand calculations and derivations
  • Partner with technology to understand where data already exists in the shared platform and ensure that data is not duplicated
  • Explore and evaluate new concepts, technologies and industry trends related to data analytics

We are looking for someone with the following experience

  • Experience in data quality management
  • Experience with using data profiling tools to query the data, identify anomalies, gaps and issues
  • Experience manipulating and analyzing large-scale data sets, performing root cause analysis, driving data and business requirements
  • Experience in scripting (Python, Perl, JavaScript, Shell)
  • Experience working BI reporting tools is a plus
  • General awareness of data management practices, emerging trends, and issues

 

System analyst

This UNIX/Linux Systems Analyst will be responsible for

  • Effective installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of system hardware, software and related infrastructure on multiple platforms, primarily UNIX/Linux systems.
  • Daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, key system processes and the review of system/application logs.
  •  working with the customer on troubleshooting hardware/software issues and performing analysis on system problems.
  • Defining problem areas, data availability, report requirements, etc.
  • Implementing system design specifications.
  • Defining input/output file specifications to include file organization.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications :

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required. May use related experience in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of two years’ work related experience.
  • Candidate must obtain an IAT-II level baseline certification (Security+) within 90 days of hire.
  • Candidate must obtain a Computing Environment Certification (UNIX/Linux) within 90 days of hire date.
  • Must have a current Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
  • Must possess working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.

Stagiaire ou jeune diplômé, nous recrutons des personnes talentueuses motivées ayant envie d’apprendre. Voici quelques-unes des taches que vous aurez à réaliser :

  • Prendre contact avec de nouveaux clients, les rencontrer, comprendre leurs besoins et échanger sur la solution.
  • Participer au recrutement des consultants, puis suivre votre équipe et les projets réalisés.
  • Comprendre le fonctionnement administratif et financier de l’entreprise pour pouvoir ensuite discuter des sujets d’investissement.
